Thirteen students from Phoenix programme participated in an exchange visit to Kristiansand, Norway as a part of a European funded project - 'Youth for Europe'. They were accompanied by staff from the Special Programmes Team, Sue Rolfe, Hazel Reid and Wendy McDonald.
