National Certificates and National Progression Awards – TranSETT projectIn partnership with SQA, Scotland’s Colleges is supporting the modernisation of National Certificates and National Progression Awards through the TranSETT project. Funding through ESF has been awarded for 2008- 2011.For a wide range of subject areas, Scotland’s Colleges and SQA are creating blended learning materials and e-assessments respectively. Workshops for staff involved in the development and delivery of the courses in colleges will be provided by the partnership. The e–assessments for a wide range of courses are available at www.sqasolar.org.uk. The blended learning materials for 26 Units for the following courses are available from the repository for Scotland’s Colleges: NC Digital Media NC Early Education and Childcare NC Health and Social Care NC Sport and Fitness NC Travel and Tourism NC Engineering More courses will be covered in the next phase of the project. |
