Scotland's Colleges is delighted to announce the winners of the Business to College Awards 2011. The event proved an excellent opportunity to network but also celebrate the many success stories arising from the close connections between colleges and the business community in Scotland.

Keynote Speaker

fraser-dohertyThe keynote speaker was the inspirational Fraser Doherty of SuperJam. SuperJam™ is a range of 100% pure fruit jams; sweetened with grape juice and made using Super Fruits, such as blueberries and cranberries.

Fraser created SuperJam™, which now supplies major UK supermarkets, after being taught to make jam using his Gran’s secret recipes at the age of fourteen.
