HR CoP

The HR Community of Practice represents HR staff in Scotland's colleges. It has a steering committee with regional groups who meet to share local knowledge and practice.

Aims

  • to provide a channel of communication between individuals with responsibility for providing HR support services in the Scottish college sector
  • to organise a programme of events
  • to facilitate opportunities for members of specific groups of HR practitioners within the college sector to meet and discuss their particular circumstances
  • to formulate responses to new developments and communicate these to other relevant groups.
