The International Community of Practice represents staff engaged in international activity within Scotland's colleges. It seeks to capitalise on the expertise within the colleges for the benefit of the whole sector. It is co-ordinated through a steering group which acts in an advisory capacity to organise two events and an annual conference per year.
Aims
- to provide a platform for discussion and opportunity for networking
- to keep members informed of current good practice
- to provide a channel of communication between the CoP and other organisations
- to organise events to facilitate these objectives
- to develop shared practice
- to enhance the experience of international students in Scotland's college sector.
