|

- Recognise that learner behaviours and expectations are changing
- 'Plug-in' to pedagogy not a browser!
- e-learning is about process not content
- Embed or be dead!
- Learning is not a spectator sport
- Think small reusable components fitting into a flexible and dynamic learning environment
- Appreciate that no learning is pedagogically neutral but that its flexibility is key
- Think units and programmes and not just lessons or prototypes
