 The Governance Development Programme focuses on three key elements which reflect both the essential requirements and this broader role. The first element covers aspects relating to corporate governance, strategic leadership and continuous improvement delivered through a national conference which took place on Tuesday 6 October 2009 at the Radisson SAS Hotel, Edinburgh as well as a series of three regional workshops which will be delivered with IoD Scotland.
