Supporting your own Mental Health
Mental health is about everyone - there is no simple division between people with a mental health difficulty and people who are 'well'. Everyone's mental health fluctuates depending on life events and personal well-being.

Physical activity and a healthy diet have been on the health agenda for many years and the general public has started to get the message that looking after yourself leads to better health in the long term. It is only recently that looking after one's mental health has been recognised as both possible and equally important.
