Moving Image Education - The Moving Image Education website's structure reflects the widely adopted '3Cs' model of media literacy development - Critical understanding, Cultural access and Creative activity - in its analyse - create -explore sections, which offer all kinds of ways to develop moving image education, for all kinds of groups and ages. It also has a growing resources section, containing downloadable films, teachers’ stories and research.
A micro-site from LTS which aims to support literacy across learning provides lots of information about parts of speech, punctuation, grammar and syntax as well as tricky spellings. Knowledge of Language.

Literature Working Group Policy - The Scottish Government on 12 February 2010 published the Literature Working Group Policy. Among its various recommendations is the introduction of a compulsory question at Higher Grade on Scottish literature. View the online version.
Sentence Trouble - screen capture from Sentence Trouble website - At least 60% of young people in the youth justice system have communication needs, which means that over half of these young people do not understand what people say to them or find it difficult to get their message across. The Sentence Trouble website includes a forum and resources and advice to support staff working with this group.
