The HMIE Aspect Report - Learners with Profound and Complex Needs in Scotland’s colleges - November 2009 identifies the key features of appropriate and effective practice within Scotland’s colleges for learners with profound and complex needs. It also makes a number of recommendations for improvement. The report provides a toolkit for colleges to use when evaluating their existing practices.
